Win-Win if you ask me π
Let’s dive in shall we?
1. Collect & Craft with Nature
Collect acorns and paint them
Collect leaves and make leaf rubbings, leaf people & animals, or watercolor leaf prints
Collect pine cones and use them as your paint brush for your next paint project!
2. Pick & Craft with Fruits & Veggies
Pick some apples & gourds at the farm, cut them in half, dip in paint and stamp, stamp, stamp away!
Corn on the cob make for great paint rollers, too!
Make a sensory bin! Fill a tub with water and soap. Add some pumpkins and wash, wash, wash them clean!
4. Have a Bonfire
Make some s’mores! Don’t have access to a bonfire? That’s okay! Make s’mores in your kitchen using your stovetop or oven!
5. Make bird feeders, YUM!
Yep, DIY bird feeders! Here’s what you need: toilet paper rolls (we all should have plenty of these by now!), peanut butter, bird seeds, and spreading tools. How to make the bird feeder? Carefully spread PB all over the toilet paper roll, then roll, roll, roll it in bird seeds and voila! All done. Hang your bird feeders up to feed those birds!

P.S. I shared the watercolor leaf print craft on my IG this week, have you seen it yet? If you leave your leaves on long enough to dry you’ll be able to peel them off and see fun textures and prints!
