I started Two Can Grow to help you better understand and support your little one’s language, feeding, airway, sleep, and overall health and wellness with confidence and ease.

Hi! I'm Nadda

(pronounced Ned-Uh)

As a certified Speech-Language Pathologist, Feeding Therapist, Lactation Consultant, and Sleep Coach. I have the knowledge and tools to help you help your little one grow and thrive.

Growth will look so good on you, baby!

My sister endured so many feeding and sleep challenges. The advice and messages she received were so contradictory. So much so she became even more confused and completely defeated. To top it off it was the peak of the pandemic and my sister was unable to access in-person support. The virtual support she received was unfortunately very unhelpful.

Her concerns were continuously brushed off and dismissed as ‘normal’…Meanwhile every time she fed her baby, she experienced toe curling pain. When she would set her baby down to sleep, she baby would cry inconsolably...

I began my career as an early intervention speech therapist working primarily with toddlers with language delays.

But in 2020, my sister gave birth to her daughter and my perspective and approach in my work began to shift completely.

My gut did not believe this was normal. and I was not willing to accept that she had to tough it out, go against her instincts, and have a seemingly helpless baby. my sister needed someone who to listen, validate, and support her. And my niece needed someone who could help her communicate her needs.

I first became a Sleep & Well Being Specialist through the Baby-Led Sleep Certification and simultaneously pursued my Lactation Support Counselor Certification.

9 months later, I confidently knew my instincts were right after all. It felt empowering to understand what was biologically normal, to know what signs to look for, the red flags that were missed, and the steps to take to address the root cause of their challenges.

Since then, I have continued my learning and training in lactation, feeding, oral motor disorders, tongue/lip ties, airway, and sleep!

Determined to help my sister and niece, I decided to pursue my own research and additional training.

My sister's challenges were only the beginning.

Now day in and day out I see and hear of SO many mothers receiving little to no support in postpartum. It’s frustrating and sad…but this has fueled my passion for helping families even more.

In January 2021, we unexpectedly lost our mom. The loss has influenced my perspective on the type of support and connection I want families to feel in our work together.
It has also highlighted the importance of taking care of myself so that I can show up for my family and clients.

I now dedicate my work to being the person I need for myself, my sister, my niece and nephew, my clients, and parents, like you, who need this same care today.

“The myth of normal is that we assume the conditions of society are healthy simply because we are used to them.”

My qualifications and trainings:

I’m your baby + toddler expert when it comes to feeding, sleep, and early speech & language development.  You can trust you’re in the right hands!

Collaborative care is also valued here. Supporting your child’s overall health and wellness typically requires a team approach. I work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure you’re receiving comprehensive care. You may need a referral to a pediatric dentist, ENT, occupational therapist, physical therapist, chiropractor, cranial sacral therapist, and/or an osteopath. I’ll connect you with the right providers.

My goal is to help you understand the 'why' behind your challenges, to educate you, and arm you with tools to meet your goals and support your child’s development and overall health and well-being.

My approach aims to focus on your connection with your child while giving you a deeper understanding of their development.

The whole body is connected, and focusing on one area of difficulty is almost never enough to address the root cause of challenges.

You have what it takes to make a profound impact on your child’s progress, I’m here to show you how.
