As an IBCLC, I partner with Wildflower which offers coverage for Cigna insurance holders. Check your eligibility here.
Please note while Wildflower may cover the lactation portion of the visit, there is an additional service fee for my care as an SLP. This fee is not covered by TLN or Wildflower. Fees are below:
Prenatal Visit: $100
Office Initial Visit: $200
Home Initial Visit: $275 (reserved for newborns 4 weeks + under)
Follow-Up Visits: $50 per visit
Outside of TLN and Wildflower, I am an out-of-network provider and do not work with insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of service.
Upon request, I can provide a super bill, which you can submit directly to your insurance company.
Initial Consultation / Evaluations:
- Office Lactation Consultation / Oral Motor, Feeding Evaluation $395 ((reserved for newborns 4 weeks + under)
- Home Lactation Consultation / Oral Motor, Feeding Evaluation $450
Follow-up Visits / Individual Therapy:
- Office 75-Minutes $200 (Office follow-up)
- Home 75-Minutes $275 (Home follow-up)

Home visits are reserved for families with infants 4 weeks and under. Service locations include: Tysons, Reston, Oakton, Great falls, Mclean, and parts of Alexandria.
All other visits are scheduled in office in at 501 Church St NE, Ste 211, Vienna VA, 22180
We offer free infant feeding support groups out of our clinic in Vienna, VA. If you’re looking for community and have questions or concerns related to breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, reflux, tongue ties, sleep, tummy time, or milestones, they’re perfect for you!
When: monthly, Fridays, at 10 am
