As an IBCLC, I partner with Wildflower which offers coverage for Cigna insurance holders. Check your eligibility here.

Please note while Wildflower may cover the lactation portion of the visit, there is an additional service fee for my care as an SLP. This fee is not covered by TLN or Wildflower. Fees are below: 
$100 Prenatal
$175 Initial postpartum visit
$50 for follow-up visits

Outside of TLN and Wildflower, I am an out-of-network provider and do not work with insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of service. 

Upon request, I can provide a super bill, which you can submit directly to your insurance company.

In-person prenatal Consultation: $250
Virtual Prenatal Consultation: $200
Initial Feeding Consultation $350
Virtual Feeding Consultation $300
Follow-up visit (60 minutes) $175
Follow-up visit (45 minutes) $150
Follow-up Visit (30 minutes, virtual only) $90

Unfortunately, we are not unable to accommodate home visits at this time. All visits are scheduled in office in at 501 Church St NE, Ste 211, Vienna VA, 22180

We offer free infant feeding support groups out of our clinic in Vienna, VA. If you’re looking for community and have questions or concerns related to breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, reflux, tongue ties, sleep, tummy time, or milestones, they’re perfect for you!

When: monthly, Fridays, at 10 am
Tuition: Free!
